I'm of the age when Zoom was either an ice lolly or a cheesy song by Fat Larry's Band, but now I've finally got to grips with technology I've got a question. Initially I realised how many more remote meetings I could do with my new found skills. But I've also realised that there is something that I've found hard to put my finger on, missing from these interactions. I found this article which explains a lot.
