One mistake a lot of businesses make
When advertising their products?
Is that they forget that?
the focus of any sales message?
Should be on the customer?
And their problem.?
Remember, customers don't really care about you.??
They only care about THEIR needs and desires.
So for you to write a sales message (also known as copy)
It’s not enough to do what most businesses do,
Which is to list every fact?
they can about their product:
How slick it is.?
How new it is.?
How sophisticated it is.
How it took years to develop, etc.
As important as all those things are,
They are useless unless you then explain
On how each and every one of them
HELPS the customer solve their big problem.
In other words, you have to spell out
The BENEFIT in each and every one of those
Things (also known as FEATURES)
You have to tell the customer?
What’s in it for THEM.?
Do that, and they will be willing?
To let you tell them more
About how you might?
Make their lives
better.??
