1.Trolley

Function:It is used to smoothly transfer the coil to the mandrel. When coiling and?feeding, it is used to lift the material head?enter the straightener. The trolley is equipped with a coil anti-dumping baffle,when transfer small materials can??effectively prevent the coil.

2 .Decoiler

Function:The decoiler is put coil fixed on the mandrel enlarge shrinks?parts,support the coil I.D support units,through the ring in the operation of the automatic control instruction for mandrel intermittent rotation decoiler feeding.This includes mandrel expansion , pressure arm,?limiting wheel and a material ring control.

2.1 Expansion Mode:Hydraulic connecting rod type expansion

2.5 Pressure Arm:Pressure arm is above the mandrel.The coil is compressed while preventing the roll from loosening after the belt is removed, preventing the roll from spreading during automatic operation.

2.5 Pressure roller?Drive Mode:AC motor with frequency converter

2.6 The action mode of the press arm: pneumatic drive, can be turned on and off manually, and can be selected as 'use' or 'not used' during automatic operation.

3.1 Limit wheel action: The cylinder is driven to open and close the limit wheel. The inner limit wheel does not open and close. It only moves in the width direction of the roll. The action of the outer limit wheel is only manual operation of the touch screen. Before the automatic operation. It must be turned off to meet pre-operational safety conditions.

3.2 Track adjustment: Two wheel bodies can be adjusted independently,?handwheel + screw drive, scale on the side of the slide rail for position reference

?3.3 Material ring Control:The infrared photoelectric sensor switch under the pressuring arm brings feedback signal to control the start and stop of the mandrel when the material arc hangs, to ensure a reasonable buffer material arc between the decoiler and straightener feeder.
