What's LOVE Got to "Do" with it? {43}

October 23, 2020

Dear Sparrow,

I had an epiphany. An ah ha realization that I have transitioned from fading to black in the midst of situations when the time comes to move on in life knowing a season has passed for someone or something in my life. While growing more and more to faith every day and forgiving continually to healing is a great gift of arrival long awaited.

Healing is always happening. When you choose to heal, when you choose to change, when you choose to become better, you're never one hundred percent healed. You can be healed in a space, something that you've been dealing with, you can now be healed there; however, healing is continual. It's always going to be something we need to be repaired from, something that's taken place. For example, a scratch, from the moment of said scratch, healing has begun to take place, because healing is continual. If you've been cut, the body has been notified … hey, I've been cut. I'm bleeding profusely, need stitches, whatever, even as you're bleeding - your body is healing. It's repairing itself, because healing is continual, the beauty of life, the realness of life, how God made us. Our temple, our body, our vessel is constantly healing itself. No matter what damage we do to it, no matter what we do or someone else does, any affliction, any physicality, any scar. That's why there is a story attached to each and every one.

It is for me, sparrow. How about you?

The body is always in the healing itself, repairing itself, mending itself mode because that's what God does. HE created us to repair ourselves, be conscious to care for ourselves, have compassion for ourselves; therefore, healing is continual. Just keep in mind, no matter what happens to you physically, mentally, emotionally … you, your body that houses a spirit that has a soul is constantly healing itself, repairing you internally, the flesh, your house of home - the heart.

Think about it!

So, when you hear someone say or if you've said as I have … honey, I am healed through and through, meaning it from the depths of my heart, and have grown to learn … you're never completely healed. When you are actually, one hundred percent healed, period, point blank as far as tip top of your head & soul of your feet is when you are no longer. That spirit of yours is no longer housed in that body, that vessel, that temple who you are reflected in the mirror.

That's healed!

Healed is when you're in heaven, healed is when you've moved on … transitioned, that's complete healing.

Otherwise, as long as your walking, talking, eating, seeing, breathing, touching, smelling, tasting your senses, your being, you're continually healing. Think about that, ponder that, a seed for thought; therefore, you are never healed until you are no longer here. So, be conscious of what you do to yourself that brings about a scar, that brings about pain, that brings about affliction, that brings about concern, that brings about hurt, and brokenness warranting a healing.

What's your part in that? Take notice of it, conceive that, birth it, nurture it, learn from it, release it. The truth of continual healing, because you are never one hundred percent healed until you are no longer here. As human beings, we are being alive, we are living. And, as long as we are living, as long as we are being ourselves in and out of every day, it's going to be something to warrant healing. Minimally, and/or extravagantly.

WE are budding to bloom ourselves which means we need water, food, attention, sun, rest, covering, peace, connection, compassion, kindness and care. Everything a flower, grass, trees, and yes, nature needs. All necessities needed to reflect beautifully externally out in nature. WE all need internally as well. WE are a blooming bud, the blood we bleed represents Jesus. HE died for us, right?

Isaiah 53:5 states by every stripe HE received on the cross on Mount Calvary depicts our healing continuously today. We need the blood just like a flower needs water. Blood keeps us alive; therefore, we are continually healing. WE are, as blood flows through us. God has made each of our bodies functioning. We have doctors, yes. We have herbalist - alternative medicine, yes. We have people in place to keep the mechanics of our bodies functioning well, to tell us during that check-up how we are doing. Give us guidance on how we can do better to be better to live more abundantly without the hiccups of warranting to be healed from something. Emotional, physical, and spiritual ya see, therefore, we are never healed.

We can be healed in a place, of a circumstance, of a thing - even that scar heals; however, as an individual, we are continually healing every day. Our point, blank, healed is when we have transitioned on to our next calling after life or shall I say to our heavenly home; however, you want to look at our next when we are no longer in our earthy place, in a physical body in which our spirit has left.

Again I say, having the epiphany of realization that I have transitioned from fading to black in the midst of situations while growing more and more to faith & forgiving to healing is a great gift of arrival awaited. My dah'ling sparrow, you may question ~ what does fading to black in the midst of situations while growing to faith & forgiving to healing has to do with love? By all means, please allow me to clarify, "Everything" because when growing, evolving, and becoming, it is a necessity to do all in, out, through and because of love.

It is indeed imperative when gaining clarity impacting the importance of forgiving through faith. "Choosing to forgive always heals what was once bruised or broken."  Embrace your healing … that's how you stay alive!

Grace & Gratitude,

Valerie Miller
