When designing courses for the asynchronous environment (when the instructor and learner are not going to be there at the same time), it’s important that you make those courses incredibly interactive.
The learner needs to be able to see themselves in the courses, materials, stories, scenarios, characters, and every visual concept associated with the course.
To create these captivating and engaging courses, you need to have someone who:
? Has the skills of an Instructional Designer
? Has the creativity of a Graphic Artist
? Has the digital literacy skills of an IT Professional
