What's the key to healing & recovery?!?

HaShem tells Moshe – in this week’s Parsha – to tell the Israelites:

?Therefore, say to the children of Israel, 'I am the Lord, and I will take you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians… And you will know that I am the Lord your God, Who has brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. (Exodus 6, 6-7)

The Sefas Emes (passed away 5’th Shevat 5665/1905) explains the message of HaShem to Am Yisrael: “The whole point of exodus and redemption are that the name and glory of G-D gets known to the world”, once the message is delivered, the hardship of slavery shall be much easier, as the mission is known, it’s not just being abused and exploited by a cruel nation but rather being on mission sent by G-D.

But, as they were so trapped in their slavery, they couldn’t even concentrate what Moshe said, and this is what our sages say: “They couldn’t depart themselves from idolatry”, it doesn’t refer to literal idolatry, but rather to the slavery which is also idolatry, if the mission – that they’re sent by G-D – isn’t known…

But if they would of accept, that HaShem sent them on mission, rather than being a victim of the Egyptians, that would have been their first deed of serving G-D, which would be the root and key to freedom, redemption and salvation.

This also applies, to what is known as personal and individual exile, as taught in Chassidic teachings, every personal and individual agony, hardship and misery is ???? ????? – a personal exile.

When one is going through and suffering a rough time, there is mission out there, we are on mission to find the light of HaShem within the tightness and trouble, by recognizing and being aware of it, we are en route to freedom, redemption, healing and recovery.What;s
