Variation in IS Rating Fee Model from 1 July 2023
In a recent strategic business review, the Infrastructure Sustainability Council identified that we have an enduring plan with relevant goals and objectives. The review also identified that action is needed to secure long-term financial stability, continue to invest in our strategic asset, the IS Rating Scheme and fund high-priority initiatives that our members value.
Since the inception of the IS Rating Scheme, demand for sustainability performance assurance of infrastructure assets has grown significantly. To encourage this positive uptake, the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (the ISC) has supported the sector by investing in broadening of our Scheme and expanding our learning portfolio, while limiting substantive increases to our IS Rating fees.
It is now time for us to adjust our IS Rating fee model. These variations underpin good governance, well-supported rating partnerships, future process efficiencies and reporting capabilities as well as the continued investment in our standards to drive best practice.
To more accurately reflect the costs of IS Design and As-Built Rating certification, there is a price increase plus annual support fees will come into effect for all new rating agreements executed after 30 June 2023. The full rate table of rating fees is published on?our website.
