There is lots of buzz about AI coaching and online coaching platforms. This is a quickly evolving space that offers a range of scalable development services to improve performance of managers and employees.
When it comes to executive coaching, (effective) live coaching is the best of all worlds. From our experience, effective coaching requires beginning with an in-depth assessment tool so that coaches do not waste weeks, even months, just getting to know clients. Without appropriate psychometric and motivational instruments up front, coaches may have difficulty getting past superficial observations or defensive behaviors of their clients.
