What’s holding you back from taking legal action against “Prince William County” and “Azusa Johnson”?

Many of you are concerned about my well-being and why I am not suing “Prince William County” and “Azusa Johnson.”

For those interested in the case involving Azusa Johnson, here is an account of my experience. In September and October 2024, I resided at an Airbnb in Woodbridge, VA, hosted by Azusa Johnson. During this period, Ms. Johnson accused me of "Sexual Battery," which the Prince William County magistrate interpreted as "Unwanted Touch." As a result, two arrest warrants were issued against me, leading to the revocation of my Global Entry status in the USA.

Before I delve into my personal situation and the reasons behind my decision, it is essential to understand the broader historical context of this country. The USA has a complex history that significantly impacts the present. For many, this nation was not a land of choice for the black people but one of forced migration known as “slavery.” The African people, brought here against their will as part of the transatlantic slave trade, endured unimaginable hardships, losing their freedom and identity in the process. Their descendants continue to face systemic challenges and fight for equality.

In contrast, many of us here today, including those who sought political asylum or a better quality of life or came for better economic opportunities, chose to migrate to this nation, hoping for a brighter future. This distinction plays a pivotal role in understanding the socio-political dynamics at play.

I was framed in a very clever and creative way. The system involved an entire group of people who were minorities. The police officer was a Black man; the accuser was a Japanese immigrant who had a limited grasp of English but pretended to understand American culture better than all of us. The witness was Colombian.

In general, to sue someone, you must demonstrate that you have suffered some form of harm. The actions of "Prince William County" did not cause me any direct harm, but they are mentally painful and financially devastating, as their record appears during background checks. Potential employers may not understand the situation but will still see the "Prince William County" record. Given these circumstances, legal action cannot be pursued against them.

I have given “Prince William County” many opportunities to profoundly impact me, yet they failed to do so. Instead, they shifted the blame onto black individuals. There is a pervasive stereotype in the USA that suggests “Blacks are unintelligent,” a notion I vehemently oppose.

I chose to remain silent because the officer spoke the truth, and he told me at the first meeting, “You are free to leave.” He did not arrest me, nor did he disrespect me in any way. Therefore, I have nothing against him, and I do not want him to have any negative marks on his professional record. I am aware that Black people have faced significant challenges in this country, while I have not experienced the same challenges he may have. I feel a sense of compassion for him.

The judge was wise, experienced, and possessed the intellectual capacity to fully grasp the gravity of the circumstances. In my observation, he navigated the situation with intention, seeking an exit instead of merely following the flow. Without a doubt, he drove skillfully and had a keen awareness of who I was. He wasn't just another robotic judge sticking to the letter of the law; he was exceptionally clever. He engaged in an intellectual mind game to take that exit. But he chose to hurt me in a professional context and embarrassed me in front of everyone. That does not constitute grounds for a lawsuit.

I do not want to talk about it too much because I know for a fact that some people love me from here and there they might react sentimentally. I do not want it.

I will engage in this struggle exactly as my father taught me—with the strength of pen and paper. While others may resort to guns, I will stand firm with my words. My understanding of the USA is crystal clear, and I have a profound knowledge of Muslims and their countries that runs deep, as I am the grandson of a founding member of the Muslim League and a delegate. I carry with me a legacy of a century of political insight and experience.

Everyone, please be patient. I have given "Prince William County" ample opportunities to attack me, but they have refrained. Instead, they used minorities as their tools and cleverly washed their hands of any direct involvement.

In other words, suing “Prince William County” is extremely difficult. However, I would say it is best to be cautious in interactions with women in this country.

I will address the challenges within the USA, and I encourage everyone to focus on building their own nations. Avoid spending thousands of dollars to come to the USA. Every country has the potential to succeed if corruption and criminality can be curbed within our borders.
