I'm sure there are a lot of individuals who desire to be full-time coaches but are unable to do so.
If you're one of them, I understand! I've been in situations like yours before, and if only I could make that crucial leap into entrepreneurship and become a successful coach, my life would be completely transformed.
What are the reasons why you're not pursuing a full-time coaching career? Are you concerned about being unsuccessful if you leap? Do you have concerns about contacting your clients and how they will find you if they live in a different time zone?
There are several reasons why we may be hesitant to leap, but fear is never an excuse. In this post, we'll look at some subjects that might assist you in overcoming these worries and encouraging you to take the plunge!
If this sounds good to you, let's get started!
What Causes Such Fear?
It's natural to be concerned about devoting your life to coaching, but it doesn't have to be that way. Perhaps my most significant concern at first was that I would earn less money or could not reach the income level I desired.
Visualizing what life would be like if you had achieved your goals and then brainstorming methods for getting there with any given amount of time available each week to coach clients/workout sessions was one method to break free from paralysis by analysis. Once you've imagined what an ideal lifestyle might be like from where you presently stand, determining how to get there becomes more accessible because all roads tend to lead somewhere!
I'm sure many individuals desire to be an entrepreneur or full-time coach but cannot do so.
Such Fear Can Be Overcome by Taking Smaller Steps in the Right Direction
Overcoming the fear of starting a business was challenging for me. Stagnant life and frustration became the norm; I felt stuck in my routine, unsure what to do next. My friends who are coaches struggled with this too but eventually found success by applying coaching principles to their own lives. They encouraged me as well!
I took some actions and researched to figure out what it would take for me to start a coaching business. When I realized how simple this process is, my fears about becoming an entrepreneur melted away, and I dove headfirst into entrepreneurship with confidence in myself and the support from my family members who have been highly supportive throughout the entire journey far.
Many people often feel fears and insecurities holding them back from pursuing their dreams. In this article, you'll learn how one entrepreneur overcame those obstacles to successfully run a coaching business with an incredible team of coaches that she's proud to work alongside. If you have any doubts about following your heart or putting yourself out there, don't worry - we all go through it! The key is taking small steps every day towards the right direction until enough confidence builds up where these fears no longer hold us back."
I'm well aware that many people are scared to go out on their own. They're concerned about not having enough money, how to attract clients, finding the time, and being able to set up shop fast.
All of these worries can be addressed one by one. The first step is to figure out how much money you'll need to live your life while working for yourself. Then, if you want to work part-time or do other activities that will provide some additional income while you develop your client base and find more time for your enterprises, this can be done as well.
So you want to work for yourself. You're living the dream of working from anywhere, setting your schedule, and being surrounded by other individuals who are making money doing what they love! What could be better??
But every time we think about actually taking that leap into full-time coaching or freelancing, something inside holds us back. Fear is one sidekick we can't seem to shake!
My top three tips for overcoming this fear before it's too late!
1. Think of all the benefits

2. Make a plan to go full-time with your coaching business.
Here are some actionable steps to become a full-time coach:
Do this every day and it is a great reminder of how much work there is ahead!
3. Discuss your experiences with other coaches to learn what you can from them and what they discovered during their journey.
Conclusion
How about we take a moment to reflect on what has been discussed?
Let's break down the steps of how you can overcome fear.
First, determine which fears are holding you back and examine why they have become so powerful in your life.
Second, start small by facing challenges that will help build confidence and gradually move up to face more significant obstacles with practice!
Last but not least is being supportive towards yourself while taking baby steps toward achieving goals no matter how terrifying it may seem at first glance; this way, if something goes wrong or doesn't work out like expected, there aren't any negative feelings fueling self-doubt because positive reinforcement was given throughout the process instead--you got this!
