One of the biggies that I help my 1 on 1 students with is a distraction.?And you can’t mention distraction without thinking about the “shiny object” syndrome.?Most people put their addiction to “shiny objects” right up there with the worst of their performance-killing behaviors. This may have made you mad but it's the single biggest issue I see today with budding real estate entrepreneurs. It's the reason why you get sidetracked and lose momentum.?It’s why you can’t manage your time properly and why everything is such a grind for you.?Why do you think you are working more but achieving less?

The best way to fix this is to realize that getting wealthy using commercial real estate is a slow process and is not a get-rich-quick scheme. All you need to be concerned with is getting your first deal done - so why not make it a small one?
The principles in commercial real estate are the same as residential investing: you have to find properties, structure risk-free deals, and close transactions.
