The "Seven Stories" exercise is a reflective activity designed to help individuals uncover their core strengths and interests through storytelling. It involves cataloguing 25 significant achievements, ranking them, and then distilling these into seven compelling narratives. These stories, when analyzed, reveal patterns indicating one's passions and capabilities, guiding career choices.?

Steps to Apply "Seven Stories" in Career Selection?

1. Note down your achievements?

Begin by listing 25 of your most significant accomplishments. These can be academic achievements, project completions, personal milestones, or any success that brings you pride. E.g. You won an inter-school debate competition, you became the head girl etc. ?

2. Rank and Reflect?

Rank these accomplishments from 1 to 25 in order of their significance to you. This step is crucial for prioritizing experiences that deeply resonate with your values and aspirations. It helps in identifying what achievements make you feel most fulfilled and proud.?

3. Be a storyteller?
