What is Happiness?

A feeling or something more?

Well, every individual has their own meaning of "happiness" in their lives.

Scientifically, happiness is a state of mind in which the brain believes that everything is well. A state of mind in which one feels joyful, overly satisfied and just smiles is called happiness.

Happiness is a feeling that is vital for everybody. It is equally crucial for others as it is for you. Everybody does their own set of tasks with the sole purpose of getting happiness. It is up to the individual to determine where their happiness lies. So happiness, again, is a decision.

HAPPINESS

Happiness is a feeling of contentment and joy that comes from within. It is something that each of us can cultivate, no matter our circumstances.

????

It is often found in moments of connection with others, moments of appreciation for what we have in life, and moments of understanding and acceptance.

It is best nurtured when we are mindful and grateful for the little things, when we take the time to engage in activities that bring us joy, and when we are kind to ourselves and others.

How is happiness related to good health?

Good health and happiness are closely related.

Studies have shown that people who have higher levels of happiness tend to be healthier overall, both mentally and physically. They are more likely to engage in healthy behaviors like exercising, eating a nutritious diet, and getting enough sleep.

They also tend to have better coping skills when faced with stress and other difficult situations. The reverse is also true: good physical and mental health can lead to increased happiness. People who are physically and mentally healthy are better able to enjoy life and take part in activities that bring them joy.

So, it’s important to take care of yourself by eating well, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and finding healthy outlets for stress relief if you want to maintain both good health and happiness.

What are the hormones that are released when we are happy?

When we are happy, our bodies release several hormones that can contribute to our positive feelings. These hormones include endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin.

Endorphins are responsible for the "runner's high" feeling, dopamine is associated with pleasure and reward, and serotonin is linked to feelings of contentment and happiness.

All chronic illnesses can be battled and prevented by just being always Happy. Research has even shown that Happiness and Dancing help cancer patients to heal faster.

How does CBD help maintain happiness?

??CBD, or cannabidiol, is an active ingredient of the Cannabis sativa plant, or Indian Hemp plant. This is non-psychoactive in nature and doesn't cause any sensation of being "high" when taken. It helps in relieving anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pain (especially neuropathic pain). It is one of the 80 phytocannabinoids present in cannabis sativa plants.

CBD acts on the endocannabinoid system of the body. This endocannabinoid, or ECS, the system is present in both the brain and blood. The ECS has innate receptors for cannabinoids. Some of the cannabinoids are naturally produced in our bodies. CBD is a phytocannabinoid, or plant-derived cannabinoid. CBD has a similar chemical or molecular structure to cannabinoids found in our bodies. CBD, thus, acts on the body very effectively and targets the sensory and motor neuron functions of the brain and blood. It further brings homeostasis to the body, i.e., maintains or balances hormones. CBD acts on the brain's hypothalamus and pituitary glands and controls the secretion of serotonin hormone. This "serotonin" hormone is called the "happy hormone." It controls emotions and feelings.
