I’m sharing your latest real estate market update for the Sacramento area. In mid-March, the number of new listings began to fall, whereas during this time of year they would usually increase significantly. Thankfully, at the end of April, we had 221 new listings in the area, which is great because we’re still lacking in inventory. Also in mid-March, there were many listings on hold or canceled. The month of March was a bit uncertain, but we’re finally coming back from that. To learn more about our current market, watch this short video.

The market is shifting back into spring selling season! I just put a listing up today and I have 10 appointments to show it tomorrow to 10 different sets of buyers! It is very busy indeed!
