What’s happened to my supplier Regent Water?

Regent Water, formally a business water supplier, has exited the English and Scottish water market.

Regent Water was founded in 2016 as an offshoot to Regent Gas, a?business energy supplier. Regent Water entered the market to provide water and wastewater services to businesses of all sizes across England and Scotland.

In early 2022 Regent Water supplied water services to 155 different business properties but decided to exit the market.

What happens to my supply from Regent Water?

If your business operates one of the 155 properties being supplied by Regent Water, you will be transferred to Water2Business. Water2Business will provide billing, meter reading and customers to these customers going forward. The date of the switch is 1 February 2022.

Affected customers will be transferred to the default business water rates as published by?Water2Business.?
