What's in a Gym?
The most important thing in a gym is you. A gym is not a building filled with weights, and equipment, and fitness models. A gym is a place filled with people in search of continual improvement and fellowship with others doing the same. Every gym has it's own personality derived from the people within it and at times messaged by the signs on it. Find the message that speaks to you and the people that emulate a constantly improving version of you. Find your fitness family and grow independently healthy with them.
