Though we’re in the middle of the holiday season, everyone is still curious about how the Northern Virginia real estate market is doing. Today I’ll share a quick update on some statistics we’ve been tracking so that you have a better idea about what’s happening. Though the market cooled in September, it quickly recovered in the following months. For example, in October, the median sales price rose by 8.5% year over year.
