As you’ve likely heard, ours is a crazy real estate market right now for a specific reason: There are very few homes for sale, but a lot of people are looking to buy. What does this mean for buyers and sellers? And what can we expect for the months to come? In today’s market update, I’ll address both of these questions. Sellers will find listing a home to be enjoyable, but because there are so many buyers, it can also get chaotic dealing with multiple offers.
