How do you get motivated for difficult tasks?
I motivate myself for difficult tasks by first breaking the task down into what I call, micro tasks! I also establish a rewards system for completing each micro task, which creates feelings of accomplishment and makes the overall task feel manageable and fun!
Do you have a favorite song to listen to when you need your spirits lifted?
Yes! Music plays an integral part of my life during all moods. Currently the song that lifts my spirits is called Black As Night by Nahko And Medicine For the People. It has an upbeat tempo and has a beautiful message of, ‘everything is alright’.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
I would love to be an expert in some form of Art; whether that be musical instrument, singing, dancing, painting, drawing, photography. I consider myself a creative individual yet do not possess artistry skills.
You have your own late-night talk show. Who do you invite as your first guest?
I would invite Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy because they are both hilarious and appear to be genuinely down-to-earth humans, despite their fame. I believe they would be easy to talk to and we would simply have tons of laughs!
