What’s the fastest way to get a six pack?”
The other day I had a 44 year old business owner ask me this question.
He used to be in athletic shape in his 20’s, but with work with family commitments his abs were covered with love handles.
It’s a question many men ask when it comes to losing bodyfat.
How quick will I see the results?
My experience has been that when we want something quick, we rarely get it that quick.
And while we sometimes do, we don’t appreciate the result.
Because it’s never about the result, but about the journey.
So that brings up the question, why does it have to be quick?
Why does it have to be easy?
Why can’t be hard and difficult?
Why can’t you suffer to get six pack lean?
Hard work and suffering is what gives the six pack value.
If everyone had a six pack and it would be quick and easy, it would lose it’s value.
Nobody would give a shit and it would be normal.
Normal doesn’t get attention and respect, excellence does.
Value is linked to difficulty.

If you want something that’s valuable, pick something that’s hard to get.
Having a six pack in 2023 puts you in the top 1% men in the world with your physical fitness.
If you’re over 40, it puts you into the top 0.1%.
Those are extraordinary results.
Why do you expect those results to happen quick and easy?
Every man I ever worked with who’s gotten a six pack, told me that the struggle, the ups and downs, the mental challenges and all the hard work they had to put in was 100% worth it the entire journey – and they were happy it took them longer.
Because now they appreciate it and won’t lose it.
We will fight to protect what we worked hard for.
We won’t if it was given to us quick and easy with little effort.
Here's a final thought for you ...
The fastest way to get a six pack may not be the best way to KEEP the six pack.
And you want to keep it for life, right?
Not just for a beach vacation photo and then balloon up again.
PS.
How long do you think it took this businessman to go from left to right?
