What's The Difference Who Shows Me Properties? Why The Right Realtor Matters

We got lucky (FATE) when my wife tripped upon Brian. I'm usually leery individuals that can make a decent amount of money from their relationship with you. That concern quickly went away (FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY AND EMPATHY). My 1st contact with him was on a Sunday evening (ALWAYS AVAILABLE. I WAS AT THE HOSPITAL AT THE TIME) when I called to briefly discuss a few houses we wanted to view.   That "brief" conversation ended up being over an hour long because at that time we weren't sure exactly what we wanted (BEING THERE FOR THE CLIENT). Brian took the time to discuss in detail what was happening in the market we were looking (EDUCATING CONSULTATIVE "SELLING"). He also was able to recall specific details of his conversation with my wife from the previous week (I skill I need to develop!) (BECAUSE IT MATTERS TO ME IF IT MATTERS TO YOU). When other properties came on the market, he seemed to know everything about them within hours and why we should or shouldn't view each property so we didn't waste anyone's time (KNOWING MY CLIENT, THEIR WANTS AND INVENTORY). I wish everyone I dealt with in the business world was half as informed & responsive as Brian(FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL". I've had some bad experiences with agents in the past, but Brian was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I don't recall 1 time when we asked about a property that he said he would have to get back to us. He could tell us the style of home, the color, size of the lot, bedrooms, condition, and what the adjoining houses looked like. (TIME SAVING FOR BUYER AND AGENT. PASSIONATELY STAY IN TUNED TO MARKET).

I don't typically do on-line reviews, but our experience was too positive to not acknowledge Brian's skill set. I'll end this the way I started - we got lucky (AGAIN FATE).
