Great results are not accidental; they all start with an intentional investment in the things that make a great culture. Businesses that want great results need to start by defining the behaviors that lead to the desired results and reinforcing those through systems. The behaviors need to become habits and it is the organization's collective habits that form the culture. Set goals, and you win once; develop systems, and you win consistently! At Televero Behavioral Health, we constantly invest in our people and system, defining and redefining the behaviors that matter most for the current season. We do this through professional and leadership development opportunities and well-being programs, ensuring our team feels cared for and supported. When we take care of our employees, they, in turn, provide the highest-quality care to our patients. You can’t deliver a great patient experience without creating the best team member experience! Investing in our culture isn’t just about achieving results; it’s about making a lasting impact on the lives of our team and the people we serve. #Telehealth #CompanyCulture #EmployeeWellbeing #TeleveroBehavioralHealth

Great advice from our CEO! Improved operations lead to better patient outcomes. When we standardize and optimize daily processes, we have more time to dedicate to our patients and our team. ?? #Telehealth #MentalHealth #Healthcare
A business runs at its best when everyone—top to bottom—is aligned. Your team should clearly understand where the business is headed and what the current priorities are. Unfortunately, fewer leaders today prioritize this, and even fewer know how to effectively align their teams. By implementing a few key principles, you can boost your business's efficiency by 20-30%. Here’s my approach: 1. Apply the “No Daylight Rule.” Ensure all leaders are focused on the current priorities, with no gaps between them and how they direct their teams. Even small misalignments at the leadership level can lead to football fields of light further down. I address this by dedicating every other “first team” staff meeting solely to alignment. 2. Deliver a consistent message, top to bottom. Your team should hear the same message from you and their direct leaders—it's not an "either/or." Clearly communicate where the business is going, the key outcomes to focus on, and the behaviors that drive success. I hold monthly all-hands meetings to reinforce these points and share upcoming opportunities. You know this is working when no one is surprised by the direction you're leading. 3. Apply the “Sunshine Rule.” Shine a light on the key metrics and behaviors that matter most. In our "by the numbers" meetings, we review everyone’s key metrics and discuss any deviations—positive or negative—from the goals. 4. Get everyone's fingerprints on the plan. Ownership of the strategy and goals is critical. I always present ideas and plans as a V0.9, encouraging the team to contribute and refine them. When people see their input in the final plan, they’ll go the extra mile to ensure it succeeds. Optimizing operations isn’t just a process overhaul; it’s a mindset shift that starts at the top. When leaders commit to clarity, the entire organization follows. At the end of the day, AI is interesting, but if it doesn’t make society better, who cares? The real value of AI lies not in the technology itself but in how we apply it to solve real-world problems. In the healthcare industry, AI has the potential to transform how we process information, streamline patient care, maintain records, and more. Technology is the tool, not the goal. So, how can we leverage this evolving technology to keep high-quality patient care at the forefront of our innovations? What measures do we need to take to protect our patients’ privacy while advancing our tools for improved outcomes? https://lnkd.in/g5vzSDWT. #AI #Healthcare #Telehealth #PatientOutcomes #Technology

Providing high-quality patient care in a remote setting brings both opportunities and challenges. Remote work allows us… >> To reach patients regardless of location, expanding access to care for those in underserved or rural areas.? >> To give providers a flexible and individualized schedule, contributing to a better work-life balance for practitioners, allowing them to provide care with energy and focus. However, a remote environment also challenges us… >> To establish strong, therapeutic connections with patients even in a virtual setting. >> To overcome potential feelings of isolation providers might experience when dealing with complex cases. At Televero Behavioral Health, we’re committed to breaking down these barriers by ensuring each provider is individually matched with patients, creating a personalized care experience that strengthens the therapeutic bond even in a virtual environment. Our collaborative approach means that providers work together, sharing insights and support, so no one feels like they are working alone. We also offer ongoing education and mentorship opportunities, empowering our providers to continuously grow and excel in their roles. While a virtual platform does present unique challenges, it also allows us to make high-quality behavioral healthcare more accessible and convenient for our communities. #RemoteWork #BehavioralHealth #Telehealth #VirtualCare

When your views are challenged, do you get defensive, or do you stay open and curious? Julia Dhar, from TED Conferences, argues that constructive conversations start when at least one person chooses curiosity over conflict. Instead of treating discussions like something to “win,” anchor yourself in purpose. Try saying: “I never thought about it that way before. What can you share that would help me see what you see?” What are your thoughts? Do you think curiosity can reconnect us in times of conflict? #Leadership #Curiosity #ConstructiveConversations #Collaboration
