What’s difference between APTX,APTX LL,APTX HD?
AptX, aptX HD, atpX LL are three audio code for wireless audio industry. They are acquired by CSR / Qualcomm.
What’s APTX, APTX LL, APTX HD?
APTX
aptX uses high-performance, lossless compression algorithms to support 48kHz/16-bit LPCM audio data, thereby creating CD-level high-quality sound quality.
APTX LL
Another disruptive technology of the aptX series is aptX low latency, which can achieve high-quality sound quality and low latency through Bluetooth. Low-latency, synchronized audio is essential for experiences such as movies and games.
APTX HD
AptX HD realizes 24 bit high definition (HD) sound quality via Bluetooth. aptX HD supports 48kHz/24-bit LPCM audio data, and the increase in resolution also brings a lower signal-to-noise ratio and significantly reduces distortion. aptX HD technology allows you to hear the tiniest details in music clearly, providing realistic sound quality that is indistinguishable from the actual sound of a live performance.
How aptX brings high end sound quality?
Bluetooth technology is limited by the maximum available bandwidth. The connection between two Bluetooth devices is similar to a data pipe. Due to the limited width of the pipe, it is sometimes difficult for larger audio files to pass through the pipe.
By compressing the size of audio files, aptX allows the audio to be squeezed through the wireless channel without affecting the sound quality, thereby solving the problem of sending clear audio through Bluetooth.
Why choose aptX?
It can output CD-level sound quality, truly reproduce the full audio bandwidth, and bring an unprecedented Bluetooth stereo listening experience.
aptX allows you to listen to streaming music provided by popular media services with consistent sound quality. Even for standard resolution audio, it can also enhance audio effects.
aptX is a widely used technology. Approximately 2 billion devices worldwide use aptX audio technology, and hundreds of brands have launched products that support aptX.
Feasycom’s Bluetooth audio module, mainly use Qualcomm chipset, like our CSR8670-based BT802, CSR8675-based BT806, and QCC3031-based BT1026, these modules all support aptX. For more details, you could contact with me.
