Top Tips:
? Putting some structure around the way you make decisions and taking time to reflect is critical. Complex/high-stakes decisions can overwhelm us. Simplify the detail. Talk it through with someone objective.
? Start with WHY, always. What is your agenda here? ... Is anyone else’s agenda important/impacting you?
? Your brain needs to be in an optimal state: being tired, hungry or highly emotional, for any reason, will hinder your clarity of mind.
? Your biases will impact the decisions you make. Become aware of them.
Don’t let having a busy brain hinder your progress. Choose to carve out time to reflect on the things that will shift a dial for you somewhere.
Take one step. #ChooseGrowth
