I get it — clarity, focus, and precision are the bedrock of exceptional leadership.

Cutting social media, substances, and that one meeting are obvious go—tos.

Sprinkle in some, be healthy, meditate, and biohacking— and you'll beat most and look better doing it.

But to what end should you optimize?
