Why do I call myself a "boring" recruiter?

Because, I recruit for industries that don't get much respect from younger generations because they're perceived as "Boring" and not sexy like tech or AI

HVAC

Building Materials

OEM Manufacturing

These industries may be "boring" but you know what's not boring?

Cash-Flow.

Yup.

Why do you think folks like Codie Sanchez and the like are jumping on the "boring" business bandwagon?

It's because "boring" businesses cash-flow.

These cash-flowing organizations need help finding and placing high-performing supply chain managers and executives.

That's why I've joined the team at GRN here in Fort Smith and finally have a real reason to be here on LinkedIn.

I've been here for years but never really had much of a reason to take it seriously so I've spent the past couple years playing around, building a network, and learning as much as I can so that when the time came I'd be ready to own my space and make an impact.

Whether that's hooking up someone in my network to a sweet gig or networking with you guys to help fill roles.

So when you see "boring" business or "boring" recruiter just know that it refers to filling jobs that might seem unglamorous or boring but essential to keeping the world moving and us who live here comfortable and safe.
