The best time to search for a new job is when you are?HAPPY?in your current job.

Sounds weird right??

I will give you?3?reasons:-

1. It takes the pressure off, so you’ll be more relaxed and confident in your interviews. If you do great, fantastic, if you don’t, big deal.

2. You'll have greater bargaining power. Since you know you have a safe and secure job back home, you'll be able to negotiate better for higher pay, title, benefits, etc

3. You have the luxury of time and so you can wait as long as it takes to find an amazing position that you truly love.
