What’s Behind Your LinkedIn Picture?
Roger Lumpp
I connect incredible talent with fulfilling project/interim opportunities
I spend a lot of time in nature during the summer.
You will find me outside as much as possible hiking in the woods, swimming in a lake or simply sitting in an Adirondack chair with my dog Gretzky by my side:
Nature helps me reflect on life.
It helps me think through challenges I’m facing…
Gives me perspective on the tremendous opportunity in front of me…
And today, it made me think about my LinkedIn profile picture of all things.

It centers me when times get tough…
It motivates me...
And puts my life in perspective.

Today it got me wondering if there are other stories like this behind your LinkedIn profile picture?
Even if it's because your company made you take it, I'm sure there was something going through your mind when it was snapped...
I’d love to hear about it if you are willing to share in the comments below.
Alright, back to nature…
