What's a ban list?

What's a ban list?

Hey ??

Here's your weekly update of everything related to AI for coaches & consultants.

Each issue covers:

  • One important area of AI, specifically for coaches
  • Data, prompts, helpful guides and quick wins for your success
  • Practical tips to help grow your coaching or consultancy business with AI

No fluff, no overwhelm. Just what's relevant to you. Let's dive in with issue #2.

In the ever evolving landscape of AI, it’s not about how many AI tools you can utillize in your work, it’s about leveraging the best ones for your unique requirements.

JUST KIDDING

There’s no way I would write that sentence.

It’s full of LLMisms.

What’s an LLMism? A giveaway sign that something was written with ChatGPT. Or Claude. Or one of the others.

  • Evolving landscape
  • It’s not about x, it’s about y
  • Leveraging. Utilize. Nooooo.

You need to know the giveaway signs of AI-generated content so you don’t fall into the traps.

And I’m here to help.

Introducing the ban list.

Use this list with your prompts to remove those LLMisms for good:

But there’s more.

Here are some links and resources to help you navigate the dynamic realm of artificial intelligence as a coach (see what I did there?)

?How can you spot AI-generated content?

Humans are clever. If something feels off with something someone has written, your instinct is probably right. [Here are the 6 giveaway signs]

?? AI content detection tools don’t work

The Declaration of Independence? 98.1% AI-generated, according to a detection tool. You can spot the signs, but the robots can’t. [See their biggest mistakes]

?? Prompt of the week:

ChatGPT can unlock your next business breakthrough (if you’re prepared for it ??).

Simulate an interrogation with ChatGPT and keep answering until it’s too much:

I feel like I’m not achieving everything I’m capable of and I’m sure I’m missing something. Your task is to help me find it. Adopt the role of a tough ex-military leader and initiate an intense and high-pressure back-and-forth conversation where you ask me questions, one at a time, why I’m not doing more to fulfil my potential. When I answer each question, be highly skeptical of my response. Search for flaws and notice when I become defensive or make excuses. Take no prisoners, keep grilling me and questioning my assumptions until I get a revelation. Apply tough love. Don’t break character, keep this conversation going until I tap out with the safeword [specify safeword]. Start with the question, “What’s stopping you from [your one biggest goal].”

So does that mean, when I naturally use those words in my own writing, I will also be on the 'ban list' for being an LLM?
