Dan Banta is a Data Engineer at Sparq whose role is to get mission critical data into the hands of stakeholders for deeper business insights. He’s been working in tech for over 15 years “wearing as many hats as I can to be as diverse and nimble in my effectiveness as possible. I try to be a data polyglot where I learn any language or competency necessary to support the dynamic management of data.”
Dan says the best part of his job is mentoring and helping others grow their skillset. When he’s not working, Dan enjoys golfing and outdoor adventuring. ?
