Whatever you are, be a good one!

I have a small magnet on my office wall which was given to me by one of my former colleagues when she retired. (Thank you, Donna!) it is a quote attributed to president Abraham Lincoln which simply states: “whatever you are, be a good one”. I have kept it with me for several years with each office move. It is a very simple statement, but underlines a very profound principle of being the kind of person you strive to be.

We all have different goals and different roles. Some of us have the fortune of choosing a career we can enjoy, others have a job because they get paid for supporting a family. Love what you do, do it with passion and you'll see the rewards!
