In the 5 Pounds In 5 days Challenge, I'm going to be sharing with you tips and strategies that you can implement, where you will lose five pounds in just five days. You heard me right! I know it seems unbelievable, but it's not.
The North American diet is truly like putting diesel fuel in a gasoline engine and your engine isn't working well. So when you eliminate some of those inflammatory foods that are really destroying your gut and decreasing the metabolic function of the cells in your body, when you change that, which is so easy to do, that is when everything changes.?That is when healing happens on the inside and that's when weight loss becomes effortless!
You heard me right, it does become effortless.
What I want to share with you today is one of the tips in getting started.
The question I want you to ask yourself is “Why?”
Why do you want to lose five pounds in five days?
Why do you want to lose five pounds? Maybe it's 10, 15, or the COVID 21 pounds.
I don't know, but WHY would you want to lose the weight and release it?
Without a why, if your why isn't big enough, then nothing will happen. It will stay with you. It will remain with you because there's a deeper seated feeling about it, around it, surrounding it, contributing to it.
Your why has to be strong enough in order for you to succeed.
So what is your why?
And I will tell you that the tips and strategies that I share in my programs, courses, and in the 5 Pounds In 5 Days Challenge, they have come together because of my own health crisis, and my own research and studying, and by being mentored by other mentors and health and wellness experts, and bringing all of that together in a system which is?methodical, a system that is practical and a system that is doable. Not only doable for me, but for my family too. We are a family of six and I developed this system so that everyone is able to participate, enjoy it, be able to make the recipes, which are so easy and so delicious that all of my kids can make them too.
So that's part of what we share in the 5 Pounds In 5 Days Challenge.
But what is your why?
Let's get back to that because that's the question of today.
Do you want better health outcomes?
Do you want to be less reliant on the medical system?

Do you want to reduce your stress?
Do you want to save money? Because if you are healthy and well, then you don't need to spend as much on medications.
Do you want to be around for your grandkids and be able to play with them and not just sit in a rocking chair and reading them a story?
Do you want to have better body function?
Do you want to reduce pain and inflammation and swelling and discomfort that may be beginning already, even at a young age?
Do you want to improve your gut health? Your gut is so vital to the functioning of your body. Hormones are made in your gut as well. Neuro-transmitters that trigger all of that function stems from what you're feeding your body. Your body can only build and repair and rejuvenate with what you provide for it.?And if your body is struggling, and signs and symptoms are showing up, that is just evidence that your body isn't functioning well. As you change how you fuel your body, how you nourish your mind, how you take care of your spirit, as you take care of all those aspects of your life, and you make that shift, your body is trying to heal 24 /7/365. It really is. But when it keeps being provided with the same stuff that is leading to lesser outcomes than you desire, it's time to change what you're fuelling your system.
When you make that shift, healing can happen and you can reverse degenerative disease processes. You can reduce signs and symptoms of what you are experiencing simply from changing the environment you provide for your body. Sounds really simple. It is easy to do but if you don't know the steps to take, or don't know what your body does with what you give it, and you don't know how to fuel your system well, that's where the problem lies.
That is why today I am sharing with you Step 1 which is figuring out YOUR WHY!
Why do you want to release the weight?
I suggest you take some time today and?reflect and think about it and come up with a GREAT REASON. Not just because you think you should.
What's in it for you?
What is your desire?
What do you want your outcomes to be?
What is your goal?
