What I'd like to talk to you about today is the value of the TCO.
I certainly think that there's been no better time to think - really think hard - about taking on one of these most valuable team members.
We're all trying to be different and make ourselves stand out from the crowd.
And what better way of doing that than creating really good, trusting relationships with those individual patients that make an inquiry with you?
Make them feel really cared for. Listened to. Understood.
And the practice that can do that is going to hang on to as many of those inquiries as possible and they will go on to accept your best dentistry - and your best fees as well.
But it all comes down to the handling of the initial inquiry and those first few steps.
And there's no bot or IT system that can handle it better than a really well-trained, competent, confident, professional human being. The TCO.
So just think about how you can make yourself stand out from the crowd.
And when patients are making inquiries, they really, really feel that you are a very, very special practice. Make it your USP.
