Hello lovely people, I’m back!
Did you miss me? I definitely missed you.
I know it’s not the first day of the year, but we don’t need it to be the new year to start something new.
So, coming to the theme of this newsletter – what’s your theme for 2023?
Think about it this way. When you’re planning a party, the first thing you want to get out of the way is the theme. Let’s say you pick a unicorn focused theme. Now that you have that finalized, you probably pick a unicorn shaped cake, décor colors to match and so on and so forth. Basically, because you are clear about the theme, the other decisions start flowing easily. It works the same way in life. Let me show you by example.
My theme this year is – Quality over Quantity
And here are a few examples of how it is impacting my decisions.
-???????I do a few stretches every morning and 20-minute walk most evenings. This isn’t the year I enroll in marathons. It’s just about getting movement in and regaining strength post childbirth.

-???????I take one nice outing every week now. This isn’t the year I’m out late at night or make it to every plan or networking event. It’s a phase to prioritize time at home whilst still making room to nourish quality relationships and experiences.
-???????It’s not the year I read 100 books but simply choose one or two really good ones each month.
And lastly, an example that may concern you too. This isn’t the year I clock in the most hours at work. It is about only doubling down on work I love and creating maximum impact through minimum hours. It means total focus on quality clients to create big results.
If your theme for 2023 involves change or transition, I can help. Maybe you want to finally navigate a career transition that you have been thinking about for months at end or get rid of burnout and find better work-life balance. Maybe it isn’t about your career but more about your relationships that you want to finally make a change with. Or both! Whatever it is, if this is the year you want to make it happen, let’s do it! You may also not know the theme for your year at all and figuring that out could be what you want to focus on together.
As my focus is quality over quantity this year, the number of clients I am working with is limited. I only have 2 slots left for May and 5 slots left for June. If one of those is meant to be yours, write to me at [email protected] or DM me here on LinkedIn today.
Either way, I’d love to hear - what is your theme for 2023?
Lots of love.

1 年My 2023 theme: "Radical acceptance". my 2022 theme: "I see the Buddha in me. I see the Buddha in you." 2021: "Less judgment, more compassion". I love this activity of choosing your annual theme :)
