Answer this first - What is your STATUS with respect to your Job and Career?

#Committed - You really love your Job, Company, Boss and peers and not looking for any new job opening right now. You can achieve your next career goal in the same Company.

#Lover - You're enjoying the current role and company, not an active job seeker, but always open if something interesting comes up.

#Dating - You're exploring your current role and company. No commitments but hoping for a better experience with the current one only.

#Complicated - You are in a job which is not at all satisfactory, you're not finding any new challenge in the current role, you really want to change the Job but because of long term association and your busy schedule, it is little difficult for you!

Now, If you're Committed - It is Best, as you are able to see your career growth & development in the same role

If you're a lover - You should try to upgrade your status as Committed - this will give you more clarity in your Career path. 

If you're in a dating period - always remember, keep dating period small - try to finalize this role & company is your cup of the or not, if Yes - strategies how you can achieve your next career goal through this company and role. and if Not - Change the job or role ASAP
