Purpose is the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists, in our case we are talking about the self or in another term the soul. So how do we establish your purpose? One of the biggest and most terrifying questions we can ask ourselves. First, we need to look at it as a perspective of goal setting. We use the SMART principle to establish a baseline of objectives to strive for and accomplish. Here are some examples of objectives and goals that most people strive for:

-?????????Become an expert or leader in your field.
-?????????Go for a walk every day.
-?????????Become a better listener.
-?????????Buy your first home.
-?????????Save X number of dollars for retirement.
-?????????Give back to your community in ways that matter to you.
-?????????Save enough money to buy something you’ve always wanted like a boat, cabin, or another item.

-?????????Pay off your student loans.
-?????????Go on a trip with your best friends.
-?????????Lose 10 pounds.
-?????????Eat less sugar and junk food.
Everyone will have a different set of goals they wish to achieve throughout their life, however almost all will have the life goal of purpose and happiness. Everyday unconscious and conscious actions based on core values and beliefs will lead towards your life, health, fitness and wellbeing goals will better your mindset towards happiness and those around you.
We are not expected to find purpose or everyday happiness immediately, however we will start the process of identifying what works well in your lifestyle and fits your personality and character. This is a natural process of elimination that takes patience, reflection and adaptation.
