What is your opinion about using AR for product visualisation?

Augmented Reality has received a lot of hype recently and according to several online business reviews, its global business value will exceed $100 billion by 2020. It's being more and more used within education, health care, manufacturing, marketing, tourism, gaming, military and other segments. One use case is product visualisation which I'm interested in.
I'm curious to find out how useful AR is to visualise new products. To give it a try, I've made a simple app to visualise our (Net Insight’s) new Nimbra 1060 product. The app took about 16 hours time to develop. It's now on Apple App Store and you can find it by looking for “Nimbra AR”. Please feel free to download and give it a try. - and don’t forget to test the cool animation feature.
