Referred customers have a 13% conversion ratio (3x higher than the industry average), 37% lower retention rate, and a lifetime worth of 16% less than the average customer. Consider that only 5% of your advocates will refer 11 or more leads to you, so a small portion of your authentic influencers can bring you 100's to 1,000's (depending on your business model), and your impact on your bottom line will reach 10-20%. If you raise your NPS score to 25-50, you will double the number of referred leads who enter your Digital Marketing Funnel
