Happy customers not only stay longer with you, but they also bring more customers to you. Let's use Net Promoter Score (NPS as our base) to illustrate this. NPS measures a customer's willingness to recommend your product. A score of 50/100 NPS means that half your customers would guide you. If only 35% of customers refer you, that's 17.5% more leads. Even if they only refer one customer per year. Referred customers have a 13% conversion ratio (3x higher than the industry average), 37% lower retention rate, and a lifetime worth of 16% less than the average customer. Consider that only 5% of your advocates will refer 11 or more leads to you, so a small portion of your authentic influencers can bring you 100's to 1,000's (depending on your business model), and your impact on your bottom line will reach 10-20%. If you raise your NPS score to 25-50, you will double the number of referred leads who enter your Digital Marketing Funnel
