DO YOU HAVE A VISION AND A MISSION STATEMENT THAT YOU CONTINUALLY REVIEW AND REVISE AS THINGS CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE, IN YOUR ORGANIZATION NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR LARGE IT IS.?

HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR SUCCESS AND RECOVER FROM THE "DARK DAYS? (we all have them).....

MY NORTH STAR IS MY VISION BOOK. I LOOK AT IT EVERY DAY AND LOG IN THE GOOD AND ANY NEGATIVES, I RE READ MY VISION FR THE FUTURE AND THE MISSION STATEMENT I CREATED AND MEASURE MY PROGRESS. THAT LEDGER KEEPS ME ON SOLID FOOTING.
