What is Your Legacy?

A friend asked me the other day what I'm passionate about and I replied "I'm passionate about leaving a legacy for my family"

She assumed I was referring financial legacy and I explained that was only one part of it. What I'm most excited about is leaving the legacy of being an example of loving kindness to my Grandchildren and showing them the value of contribution.

This is my why!

I heard the expression years ago that children spell LOVE as TIME

I value any time I spend with them and derive so much joy from being their Grandpa

There are many different types of legacy.

A legacy can be as simple as leaving family recipe that has your memory stamped on it

To an invention or a business or business or a concept.

If you aren't clear on what you would like your legacy is, I urge you to ponder and ask yourself what you would leave behind

The best exercise to develop this is to write your own eulogy, what would you like your dear ones to say at your funeral
