There are many different leadership styles, but the most commonly recognized are:


1. Autocratic leadership: Typical for a leader who makes decisions without consulting their team and expects compliance and obedience. This style works best in high-pressure environments where quick decisions are required.


2. Democratic leadership: This style involves a leader who includes their team in decision-making and encourages feedback and collaboration. This style works best in teams where creativity and open communication are essential.


3. Laissez-faire leadership: This style is charectarized by a leader who delegates responsibilities to team members and allows them to work independently without much supervision. This style works best in teams with experienced, self-motivated members who need little guidance.


4. Transformational leadership: This style is typical for a leader who inspires and motivates their team to work towards a shared vision. This style works best in teams where innovation and creativity are vital.


5. Servant leadership: This style involves a leader who focuses on serving their team and empowering them to achieve their goals. This style works best in teams where the needs and interests of individual team members are taken into account.


6. Transactional leadership: This style revolves around a leader who sets goals and rewards team members for meeting them. This style works best in teams that are motivated by rewards and recognition.


The most effective leadership style will depend on the team dynamics, the goals of the organization, and the work environment. Skilled leaders will use different styles as appropriate and combine them to create a flexible and responsive approach to leadership.
