Just imagine: It's the weekend & your router is defective. Your partner, your children and you have no Internet, no Netflix, no access to the slides for the extremely important presentation on Monday.
If you are a Deutsche Telekom customer in the Berlin area, we can help you right away. In the event of a fault, my colleagues at the Regio Center NordOst can offer to collect the necessary device from our SmartDepot, a parcellocker run by our partner myflexbox .
Following positive feedback from customer interviews, we are now carrying out a reality check as part of a pilot phase.
Peter Kissner and I were lucky that myflexbox is rolling out parcellockers in Germany this year. That they helped us to realise our idea and that our Berlin colleagues from technical customer service are on fire and have given us super committed support.
