What Is Your Identity?

The type of habits you display would always be related to the type of person you believe you are. If you believe you are a runner, then you run. If you think you are a writer, then you write. It comes easy to follow the habits of who you think you are.

Therefore, as you start your day today, ask yourself what type of a person you are. This can help clarify the type of habits you need to exhibit. If you believe you are a healthy individual, then you have to eat good food. Whatever you identify as it is easy to follow the habits of people in that group.
