What is your greatest failure?

My name is Ajay Singh Yadav. I comes from a very backward area of uttar pradesh.( mainpuri).

I started, own digital marketing agency in 2021. I have no idea how to manage clients and staff.

I failed many times, because i was new in this field. After some time when i analyise the reasons of my failure, i found few things.

1. I was over confidence, that i have great working experince of my digital marketing industry because i worked for good number of companies and know everything.

2. I was over expecting, i was thinking starting digital marketing agency is a very luxrious way to generate money online, but reality is totally different.

3. Always try to convert every client, no mattter you are offering valuable work or not.

4. Always hire a experinced person who know their work and also know what to do or what not.

After identifying all my mistakes, i change my startegyand thinking. I share you some points, that really helps you grow your business.

1. Always focus on learning and never think that you know everything.

2. Treat customer as a family member and always focus on quality work, not quantity.

3. Never try to take so many project at a time, just serve few good clients and offer them your best.

4. There is no subsitute of hard work.

After compeleting 1 year as a owner of digital marketing agency.. now i happy with my work. Generating high quality business and leads for my clients...
