What are your dreams and how will you accomplish them?

I recently returned from a holiday where I visited family and friends in the Netherlands and took a trip to Scotland with my wife and kids.
In the Netherlands, I attended three different festivals. The first was the North Sea Jazz Festival, the largest jazz festival in the world, which I've been attending almost every year since 2011. It features both jazz legends and new talent.
The second festival I attended was the Dour Festival, located at the border between Belgium and France. This festival isn't just about dance music; it includes rock, hip-hop, and other genres. It's known for having the best festival vibe in the world, with the nicest people. I've been going since 2013 and hope to continue for many years!
Experiencing live music with an enthusiastic audience is an amazing experience. Having access to such great concerts and festivals with diverse lineups is something I miss a lot in Dubai.
My trip to Scotland was my first time visiting. The landscape is stunning, especially around the Isle of Skye, where we spent most of our time.
We hiked in the mountains daily, including with our youngest daughter, who is just 2.5 years old. Our 6-year-old daughter canal ready hike at almost the same speed as an adult.
We hiked almost every day, exploring Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh, Ben Nevis—the highest mountain in Scotland—and the mountains in the Highlands and Isle of Skye.
I'm preparing my kids for larger mountain hikes in the future. Being in the mountains and nature is one of the best feelings for me. My next plan is to hike more mountains in the UAE with my kids so they can gain more experience, and we can spend more time in nature. It's something I really miss while living in Dubai.
My dreams and desires are to have fun and enjoy life with my family and friends. I want to focus on experiences, be in the moment, and immerse myself in nature, whether hiking mountains, dancing at festivals, or sharing a meal with my best friends. These moments are what count for me, and I want more of them in my life.
To achieve this, I aim to become semi-retired, spending 50% of my time working and 50% on experiences. I'm working hard to reach this goal, saving a large portion of my earnings and investing them so they can grow independently. I'm getting close—just a few more years and I'll reach this point. Having enough money is important because it allows you to use your time for things other than work and to build your life around experiences.

Playing hide and seek with your financial your investment advisor?
You know the game that children play and where they hide. ??
What do you need?
Yeah, you heard it right, what do you need?
Is it guidance in growing your money? Are you worried about your retirement? Are you looking for the next best investment?
Whatever it is, don’t hide it.
If you end up talking with an advisor, don’t hide your goals.
It’s not hide and seek. How do you expect somebody to help you if you don’t tell them how they can help you? ??
Be upfront about what you want to achieve and why and start the ball rolling.
Maybe you don’t agree with me? ??
I saw too often people talking with me for the first time and not sharing their needs and wants. This has mostly stopped now.
I only play hide and seek with my daughters and it is great fun. Trust me, I know also to hide really well in creative spots. ??

Giving financial advice without any skin in the game?
It feels off to me. How could I ask my clients to trust me with their money if I'm not willing to take the same risks?
When I was just starting out, I overheard someone upset about their advisor’s bad advice and lack of involvement.
That’s when it clicked.
The missing piece was true partnership. I vowed to invest my money first before asking clients to join in.
Same goals, same risks, equal partnership.
My first clients were a young couple hesitant to trust another advisor.
I told them, “I’ll invest my money first. If it works, we’ll invest yours together.”
They were surprised but agreed. The investment did well, and so did our trust.
They saw I was in it with them, not just guiding from afar.
Word spread. People saw me as a partner, not just an advisor.
My approach was honest and straightforward: I invested alongside my clients.
This built a solid foundation of trust, even through market ups and downs.
I deeply respect my clients’ dreams and money.
That’s why I’m willing to take the same risks. It’s more than a strategy; it’s a commitment to trust and respect.
Looking forward, I see endless possibilities.
My clients aren’t just investors; they’re partners in a journey toward financial growth.
Together, we navigate market challenges, celebrate successes, and learn from setbacks.
If you want a financial advisor who invests in your dreams with you, look no further!
Let’s take this journey together.
Is it possible to save a lifetime's worth of money in just a few years?
"I saved $280,000 in three years as an expat, and it would have taken me a lifetime to save this back home." This is what an expat shared with me during our conversation.
Let's take a moment to appreciate this statement shared by that expat. A lifetime's worth of savings accumulated in just three years!
Wow! That's not something to take lightly.
This exemplifies the power of being an expat. You can fast-track your earnings and savings.
Now, the expat wants to invest her money to generate passive income and build financial security. Our next step is to invest that$280,000 and aim to double it every 5-7 years. In 10 years, this expat could have $1 million or more.
It's crucial to know how to earn.
It's equally important to know how to save and how to make your savings grow with investments.
This expat has mastered how to earn and save and now I will help her to master how to grow her money through investing. ??
