What is your digital strategy to go through the next weeks and keep in touch with your colleagues?

One thing is for sure – we live in times nobody of us has expected or could imagine just two month ago. As we are facing cancelled or postponed shows, home office policies and self-isolation the digital aspect of our working life became more important than ever!

What are the digital tools you are using to go through this phase to stay in contact with your colleagues, customer and friends? What works very well and what are the “digital lessons” you have learned?

Please share your findings and experiences regarding the best digital approach of your company in that situation and help our industry that way to go through these times.

#MIPTV goes digital. Together with the team - we are organising an entirely digital experience to stream 20 Hrs+ of MIP curated Content and allow delegates to network online. Even if our business is built on face2face interaction - digital has to be seen not as an enemy - but only as a way to enrich and level up the our delegates experience. For the moment - Rock on - Stay home - Stay safe!

We are only start WFH today and Zoom is the main tool for us to communicate internally about work in progress and externally with clients and partners. We are considering a single digital platform with multiple functions of chat, meeting, vdo conference and webinar as mentioned by Stephan Forseilles about MS team. Any other suggestion is welcome.

We are currently organizing our first virtual conference as we cannot hold our event as planned in Heidelberg next week. Very intense moments as we are revamping the agenda, the sessions, the marketing and setting ourselves up technically at the same time. I will surely be able to share some lessons learned next week!
