WHAT IS YOUR DIFFERENTIAL QUOTIENT
In this rat race of life, all of us run for a cause…… A cause to create our identity, to create or save our social status, have luxuries….and so on.
With all this competition and more coming in, have we for once stopped to think, what differentiates us from our others, be it our competitors or colleagues or anybody that we see ahead of us? God has created us unique and given us different strengths. How each one of us brings out the strengths is what matters the most.
In today’s fast paced world, things are changing faster than we expect. We have to keep up one step ahead always. In other words, evolve slightly faster than you have to, in order to be successful. The world moves forward whether you're on board or not. Trust in your instincts. Be original. Be different. Be creative.
Today no one looks at what you have done already or what you can do. It is what value you bring to the table and how it is exhibited to the world where you are projecting yourself. Your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) should be well carved. Keep yourself updated with what is happening around, keep visiting your SWOT and see how far you have improved over a period.
Set yourself a target date to complete what you have left unkindled. It could be your passion for music, writing poems, dance etc. Anything on this earth that re-energizes you and brings life back into you. You feel empowered when you achieve your set targets - be it small or big.
Never stop innovating. What is working today will lose its effectiveness tomorrow, or it could probably be imitated too. There is no need to change big, it is small changes which lead to improvement of your own lifestyle and thus helps you bring in the innovation and improves the quality of your life.
Change for the sake of change will end you up amidst nowhere!! Flexibility, Commitment, Strength and Speed are the ways which can take you ahead in life. Find new ways and work consistently on enhance your USP!!
