AOT - What your business really need?

Are you thinking to take your business to the next level ?

Remember "what got you here won't get you there"

You have to do things differently, you have learn from your mistakes and you must plan to move forward flawlessly.

Then what you really need ?

Employee - hire from the upper half not the lower. This is a general rule, try to hire minimum above average and some really extraordinary people who can become role models across the organization. Don't hire below average people.

Advisors - If you have good people you still may need advisors so your people don't take wrong descisions, specially the long term decisions.

Consultants - You must hire consultants when your people don't have domain knowlege, hire consultants for projects and develop your peoples domain knowledge.

Leaders - It takes change leaders to effect behavior change, it's better to grow your own leaders but if you can't match their execution ability then hire leaders too. If you are living with leaders with inattention to results you are destined for a collapse.

Coaches - Cultivate coaching in your culture and get a coach for your coaches.

Last thing to rember don't waste your time on your people if they failed to change in the past. Get the right people ffaster from outside.

Who(competency perspective) got you here won't get you there.

Best wishes.
