What is Your Business

A superior workplace strives to be an exceptional place to work.

?A business's reputation is its most valuable asset. A good reputation (brand) is difficult to build and easy to lose. To achieve that reputation a business must continually earn the trust, confidence, and respect of its suppliers, staff members, customers, and community.

?A superior business is one that hosts the principles and work atmosphere that is based on Judeo-Christian values. This simply means that the business expects every employee to adhere to the highest ethical standards of job performance and personal conduct concerning company property, personnel, and outside business contacts.

?This type of policy provides general guidance on the ethical principles that every employee must follow, but no guideline can anticipate all situations. Each employee, every employee, should also be guided by honesty and good judgment and be sensitive to others' perceptions and interpretations.

?Employees are expected to become familiar with, and regularly review these principles. Violations should be discussed openly and honestly without judgment and if necessary, promptly disclose, without fear of retaliation or retribution against anyone who raises such issues.

Here is a good example.
