What other executives see (Including me when I see it):?

Someone who doesn’t know how to solve problems for real. Someone struggling to get to the root cause and unable to create solutions. Someone who feels overwhelmed and can’t take any more.

What to do instead:?

Keep it to yourself. Analyze the problem and get it resolved. Honestly, shut up. Your organization values results. If you need help solving it, bring it to your boss privately and offer ideas and potential solutions.
